What is the essence of the role?

Being part of an in-house Human Resources department, your main focus will be the attraction and selection of new talent. In addition, you will have the chance to participate in the administration, onboarding, employee engagement and retention practices, as well as the execution of the employer branding strategy.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. More specifically your responsibilities will be:

What will your job look like?

  • Getting in touch with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria
  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels
  • Organizing interviewing and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews
  • Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events
  • Administering the new hires both in terms of the needed documentation and in our HR software
  • Participating in the onboarding of the new hires, employee engagement initiatives and the execution of the employer branding strategy


What do you need to be successful?

  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter or similar role in an HR department
  • Experience with employer branding is an advantage
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Curiosity to “understand” the other person and their motivators
  • Fluent oral and written English is a mandatory
